SITE VISITS ACROSS ZEALAND

29 Oct: Exclusive Site Tours Across Zealand

Kick off your summit experience with a deep dive into Denmark’s pioneering district heating systems. On Day 1, participants can choose between two curated tracks, tailored to different grid scales:

  • Track A – Large-Scale Systems: Explore how Denmark’s biggest cities heat thousands of homes through advanced infrastructure and smart energy planning.

  • Track B – Smaller Grids: Visit agile, community-based systems that showcase flexible, scalable approaches to local heat supply.

From Copenhagen, you’ll depart in the morning for a full day of guided visits to utilities, energy hubs, and technology providers across Zealand. Whether you’re new to district heating or looking to scale your existing system, you’ll gain:

  • Insider access to leading heating facilities

  • In-depth briefings from utility experts and system operators

  • Hands-on insights into design, operations, and decarbonization pathways

  • Networking lunch and dinner back in Copenhagen

This is more than a technical tour! It’s an opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired by innovation in action.
