Summit Schedule

29. Oct: Site Visit Day

Departure at 9:00 — please be on time, as the buses cannot wait.

Meeting point: Tietgensgade 60, 1704 Copenhagen, DGI Byen, where you will be guided to the busses marked “DH Summit”.

Please make sure you get on the right bus – and register your name before you enter.

Important! Bring your passport as ID, as it’s a requirement to access utility sites.  

17ish arrival back in Copenhagen

19.00 Dinner at Restaurant Haps by City Hall Square. The address is Rådhuspladsen 57,  1550 Copenhagen.

30. Oct: Conference Day

Departure at 7.00 — please be on time, as the buses cannot wait. 

A breakfast bun will be served on the bus, in case you didn’t have time for breakfast. 

Meeting point: Tietgensgade 60, 1704 Copenhagen, DGI Byen, where you will be guided to the busses marked “DH Summit”.

The bus will drop you off directly by entrance north, from where you can access registration and get your badge.

If you arrive by car, feel free to use one of 1,900 parking spaces available. We recommend parking close to the north entrance for your convenience. 

You name is your ticket – please bring ID

18.00 Dinner at Brasserie Fionie at Odense Congress Center.  

20.45 departure by bus – estimated time of arrival in Copenhagen is 22.45. 

Busses going to Copenhagen will depart from the same location as the drop-off – just outside entrance north. Please be on time, as there’s no registration for the bus.

Following the summit, an invoice will be sent from Danish District Heating Association.

Kindly note that the deadline for cancellations was 14 October. Cancellations received after this date will be subject to the full invoiced amount.
